Benefeature turns raw Form 5500 filings into clean, modeled market intelligence: per-product premium across 23 benefit categories, broker attribution resolved to the producing office, buying-team contacts on employer profiles, and small-group visibility through retirement data.
This release is about putting that intelligence to work without leaving the platform. Smart Lists give your team a place to organize it: build a book of business once and keep it current as the market moves. CRM Integration is there for teams that want selected lists and matched contacts in their CRM without an export step.
Lists have their own home in Benefeature. Save a search from Omni Search, import a roster, or pin a shortlist, then share it with the team. Smart Lists are available on all tiers.
Three list types:
Lists replace the old Saved Reports surface and live in their own destination. Admin, manager, and owner controls determine who can view, edit, or sync each list. Bulk-import employers from a spreadsheet: paste a client roster and go.
Single-click row-select on any search page makes list-building straightforward. Save from Employers, Contacts, Broker Agents, or any filtered result set. That is the same intelligence carriers use for competitive analysis and territory planning, organized for the work your team runs next.
For teams that want intelligence in their CRM, Benefeature syncs natively with no Excel export step for the records you choose to push. HubSpot CRM Integration is available now on Pro Plus and Enterprise, with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 on the roadmap.
What syncs to HubSpot:
Two-way contact import pulls existing HubSpot contacts into Benefeature to enrich them with market intelligence. Pair with Employer Contacts: the buying team on the employer profile is the same contact set available for sync, with no re-matching in a separate tool. Teams without CRM sync can export to Excel within tier limits.
CRM integrations fail when sales pushes data the ops team did not approve. Benefeature gives both sides what they need: reps get one-click sync from any list; CRM admins get field-level control and a health dashboard that shows exactly when and why a sync failed.
Strategy teams spend weeks cleaning filing data. Reps rebuild prospect lists every quarter. Smart Lists cut the rebuild: define criteria once and the list stays current. CRM sync removes the export step for teams on HubSpot today, with Salesforce and Dynamics 365 on the roadmap.
Search → List → (optional) CRM. A typical workflow:
All tiers can build and share Smart Lists. HubSpot CRM Integration is included on Pro Plus (12,000 CRM syncs per year via Intelligence Credits) and Enterprise (unlimited sync). Salesforce and Dynamics 365 integrations are on the roadmap.
Matched buying-team contacts on employer profiles. The intelligence Smart Lists organize and CRM sync can optionally push.
